Abstract

Performance Declaration Statement is a determination and promise of annual performance plan to be achieved by every official in every government agency including the Central Bureau of Statistics. Thus, the determination of performance into a performance contract that must be realized at the end of the year which will be the basis of performance evaluation and assessment of the official.
