Abstract

The number of poor people in South Sulawesi in March 2020 was 776.83 thousand people, an increase of 17.25 thousand people as of September 2019 and an increase of 9.03 thousand people as of March 2019
The percentage of poor people in March 2020 of 8.72 percent also rose by 0.16 points from September 2019 and up 0.03 points from March 2019. The percentage of poor people experienced an increase in both urban and rural areas during the period September 2019 - March 2020.
