Knowledge Sharing, Monev ZI, and Best Employee Award Quarter 1 2025

Monday, April 28, 2025, at the Barru Regency BPS Office Hall, a series of internal activities were held which included knowledge sharing, monitoring and evaluation of the Integrity Zone, and the awarding of the Best Employee of the First Quarter of 2025.

The activity began with a knowledge sharing session themed “Pillars of Strengthening Supervision” which discussed the important role of supervision in supporting clean and accountable organizational governance. This session is expected to foster a work culture of transparency and integrity within BPS Barru Regency.

After that, it was followed by Monitoring and Evaluation of Integrity Zone Development for the first quarter of 2025. This evaluation is an important step in assessing the progress of Integrity Zone development towards a Region Free from Corruption (WBK), as well as a reflection material for future improvements.

In closing, the Best Employee Award for the first quarter of 2025 was presented to employees who have shown superior performance, high dedication, and extraordinary spirit of service. This award is a form of appreciation and motivation for all employees to continue to give their best.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the spirit of integrity, collaboration, and innovation will continue to grow in supporting excellent statistical services.
